 NDER:</strong></p>\n \n <p><strong>Purpose of the 
 Forum</strong></p>\n \n <p>The purpose of the Volu
 ntary Sector Forum is to inform strategic prioriti
 es and plans\, elevate the Voluntary and Community
  Sector (VCS) and community voice\, and foster col
 laborative action. The forum provides a space wher
 e all voluntary and community organisations in Bex
 ley can meet\, share insights\, and influence loca
 l decisions.</p>\n \n <p>The forum aims to:</p>\n 
 \n <ul>\n 	<li>Represent the collective views of v
 oluntary and community organisations to local deci
 sion-makers.</li>\n 	<li>Provide a mechanism for f
 eeding back outcomes and decisions to the wider co
 mmunity.</li>\n 	<li>Support measurable outcomes\,
  such as increased participation in local strategy
  development and improved service delivery.</li>\n
  </ul>\n \n <p><strong>Participation</strong></p>\
 n \n <p>The Voluntary Sector Forum is open to char
 itable\, non-profit organisations whose work benef
 its Bexley residents\, except where the organisati
 on:</p>\n \n <ul>\n 	<li>Is not committed to equal
 ity of opportunity.</li>\n 	<li>Is a political par
 ty.</li>\n 	<li>Has more than half its trustee boa
 rd or committee representing statutory or private 
 sectors.</li>\n </ul>\n \n <p>To ensure productive
  engagement and meaningful influence on Bexley’s s
 trategic priorities\, attendees are expected to:</
 p>\n \n <ul>\n 	<li>Be in leadership or decision-m
 aking roles for their organisation.</li>\n 	<li>Co
 mmit to attending at least two of the four annual 
 meetings.</li>\n 	<li>Proactively contribute to di
 scussions and follow through on agreed actions.</l
