If you work with volunteers and have had to deal with challenging conversations, then this training is for you. Or, if you would like to have the tools in place to help you in advance of having these challenging conversations.
We will look at the steps to prevent the potential challenges from happening in the first instance. Then we will focus on giving you the tools to have these conversations. This is a chance for us to talk about our experinces and how we would do things differently.
