In the London Borough of Bexley, we are keen that our voluntary sector organisations, communities and commissioners alike, all share an understanding of an asset-based approach.
This 2 day workshop will be provided by Cormac Russell, from Nurture Development (www.nurturedevelopment.org), who are world leaders in Asset Based Community Development learning. This is a one off training opportunity and places are limited. This training will be advertised by BVSC shortly and you will be able to book through their website.
The training will cost £50 per place for voluntary and community organisations, but £30 of the cost will be refunded when you attend.
Venue: Peabody Offices, Hailey Road Business Park
Please note that parking is very limited, but there are bus routes (Yarnton Way Norman Road bus stop on routes 180, 401 and 601) and it is a 6 min walk from Belvedere Train station.
Lunch will be provided on both days, but participants must notify us of any allergies and dietary requirements.
