Measuring and Communicating your Impact

Registration is closed for this event
This course is only available for groups who have been accepted onto the Impact in Action's skill-up cohort. Making a difference to the lives of individuals, communities, or the environment is probably the reason why your charity was established, so how can you show that you are making a real difference in order to build trust, rapport and credibility for your services?

This course is one of the six modules for BVSC's City Bridge Trust funded Impact in Action project. Delivered by the FSI, this course will provide a range of tools and best practice advice to ensure that you are effectively measuring and communicating the difference you make to donors, funders and supporters.  It will benefit those who have some experience of monitoring and evaluation and a Theory of Change or other impact measurement framework in place. At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Consider a range of measurement tools and processes to gather evidence of their impact.
  • Analyse the information gathered to identify key impacts and the difference their organisation makes.
  • Communicate their impact with stakeholders.
