I know it is a real effort for me to implement all of the good ideas I learn in a training session, but in this session you learn a little and start work on the ideas straight away. What are your dreams for the big changes you want to see?

…be better able to state (and therefore eventually share) your impact. 

 

 

This session is suitable for leaders, managers, trustees, project workers, volunteers and anyone in a Bexley voluntary or community group that needs to understand the language of community development.

  2. Definition of impact (10)
  3. Grouping needs, seeing impact. (5)
  4. Activity: they group needs and see the impact. (10)
  5. Feedback to the group (10)
