Compact workshop - Knowing Our Strengths and Weaknessesps

The Bexley Compact is a written agreement based on shared values, understanding and mutual respect between the statutory sector and the voluntary and community sector (VCS), for the benefit of Bexley’s communities. You are invited to join one or more of a series of workshops designed to contribute towards the development of the Compact. We are looking for up to 30 people to join each workshop from the voluntary and community sector; local authority and CCG. 1. Strategic Partnerships: Tues 6 September, 12 – 2pm at The Civic Offices 2. Knowing our strengths and weaknesses: understanding the voluntary and statutory sectors. It will also cover the independence and uniqueness of the voluntary sector; governance issues; campaigning and independence and quality issues. Tues 20 September, 12 – 2pm at The Civic Offices 3. Finance and Property issues: Tues 27 September, 12 – 2pm at The Civic Offices
