The Head of Volunteering & Capacity Building will provide visionary leadership for the Volunteer Centre and Capacity Building teams, ensuring excellence in volunteer management, community engagement, and organisational capacity building. This role will entail Leadership & Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation and Financial Management. We’re looking for a Head of Volunteering & Capacity Building to lead efforts to innovate, expand and enhance our services. Your leadership will support our commitment to making volunteering more accessible, driving forward the vision for volunteering strategy and build the capacity of local organisations, providing support in an incredibly difficult landscape to continue to meet the needs of local people.
