Strategies to having difficult conversations with volunteers

A training designed to help volunteer managers learn skills to having challenging conversations. We will give you the tools to have a productive and positive conversation with volunteers.

If you work with volunteers and have had to deal with challenging conversations, then this training is for you. Or, if you would like to have the tools in place to help you in advance of having these challenging conversations. 

We will look at the steps to prevent the potential challenges from happening in the first instance. Then we will focus on giving you the tools to have these conversations. This is a chance for us to talk about our experinces and how we would do things differently.
