I know it is a real effort for me to implement all of the good ideas I learn in a training session, but in this session you learn a little and start work on the ideas straight away. What are the smaller changes you expect to see along the way to your group making a big impact?

By the end of this session you will

This session is suitable for leaders, managers, trustees, project workers, volunteers and anyone in a Bexley voluntary or community group that needs to understand the language of community development.

Optional Homework: Add your outcomes to your logframe, add in how you will measure them, who will measure them and how often
