Role Description

Crossroads Care South East London (CCSEL) is a registered charity delivering diverse services to carers of children, young people, adults and older people across South East London. They are recruiting for a Community Link Development Officer to provide day to day management and co-ordination of the Older Carers project.

Role

The role will involve promoting and raising awareness of the project, dealing with referrals and signposting of older carers to a range of services across the area and will involve co-ordinating workshops and gathering feedback. 

Applicant Requirements:

  • ​Recognised qualification in Health & Care
  • Previous experience of working within Health & Care
  • Established partnership experience with a passion for delivering care services for older people
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to work well within a team and on an individual basis 
  • Experienced IT user
  • Full driving licence

The role will be based at CCSEL's head office in Erith with travel across the communities where the project is delivered.
