
Job Summary
A rare and exciting opportunity for Counsellors to join the Mind in Bexley IAPT team. Key Responsibilities
• Providing short term, solution focussed counselling via telemedicine, telephone and in person, to adult clients presenting with anxiety and/or depression
• Providing a timely response to risk and safeguarding issues, in line with company policy
• Attend clinical supervision in line with BACP guidelines
• Maintain a full caseload - arranging appointments and manage a clinical diary (using IAPTus)
• Complete the relevant administrative tasks as required, using our patient management system, IAPTus.
• Assist with group treatment sessions, as and when required.
• Assist with initial suitability assessments, as needed
• Attend meetings and training as required (including MDT/team meetings)
• Liaise directly with other stakeholders, to include secondary MH teams, safeguarding and GP’s.
