We know volunteer managers are under pressure — which is why we’re inviting you to one focused workshop to help shape the future of volunteering in Bexley.

This session will:

• Identify what organisations need to support volunteers well

• Explore shared infrastructure, systems and collaboration

• Shape clear priorities and expectations for the borough

• Feed directly into Bexley’s new Vision for Volunteering

If you want a volunteering system that better supports your organisation and your volunteers, this is the space to influence it.

This workshop is for organisations and partners — volunteer voices are being gathered through separate community and volunteer engagement.
