Supporting Bexley’s residents to take control digitally, for better health and wellbeing.
Digital Health Champions are friendly, trained volunteers who support residents to use the NHS App, other online health tools, and learn how to stay safe online. We help people feel confident managing appointments, prescriptions, and health information safely on their phone, tablet, or computer.

Why Digital Health Matters
Digital health tools make it easier for residents to manage their health, stay informed, and access services quickly. But many people still struggle with digital skills, confidence, or access — which can lead to missed appointments, delays in care, and increased stress.
Benefits include:
- Access to appointments and prescriptions
- Understanding of health information
- Confidence using online NHS services
- Overall wellbeing and independence
Support for Organisations
We work closely with local organisations to make digital health support easy and accessible. Whether you’re a GP surgery, community centre, charity, or wellbeing hub, Digital Health Champions can help your residents feel confident using online health tools.
We offer:
