Role Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- ICES EQUIPMENT LOAN SERVICE

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work 12 hours a week over two days as part of the Integrated Community Equipment Service ( ICES).

The role requires a friendly and professional telephone manner to deal with enquires from clients and broad ranging professional prescribers. You also need excellent I.T. skills with experience of working with CRM systems, Databases, email, Microsoft packages, excel, Word etc). Experience of prioritising tasks and working to deadlines within a small team would also be required.
