Care Support Worker - Children & Young People

Crossroads Care South East London (CCSEL) is a registered charity delivering diverse services to carers of children, young people, adults and older people across South East London. They have a range of vacancies for Care Support Workers to assist children and young people with disabilities across the Bexley borough.

The roles cover working to support parent carers and children/young people with a diverse range of disabilities within their home or out in the community.
