Community Connect Volunteer Co-ordinator
28 hrs p/wk (4 days)
Salary £20,168 – 20,788 pro rata + 6% pension contribution
(Full time equivalent = £24,799 - £ 25,295)
We believe that volunteering has the potential to profoundly change lives and communities. Community Connect is our Social Prescribing service which aims to support local people to access activities, support and services within the community to improve their health and wellbeing. Part of the success of this service relies on having a great team of volunteers that are well-supported, trained and passionate about their contribution to the project.
This is an exciting new role for someone that has experience of recruiting, supporting and managing volunteers, has great communication, organisation and digital skills and understands the importance of offering a high-quality service to residents.
