Re-Instate is a charity working to improve employment opportunities, quality of life and well-being for disadvantaged people including people experiencing mental ill-health, people with learning disabilities and young people in the London Borough of Bexley.
We are currently seeking applications for a Head of Employment and Skills to be responsible for promoting and delivering the vision for Re-Instates Employment Service that supports sustainable recovery for people experiencing mental ill-health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and evaluating employment activities to ensure that contract targets are met in line with the key performance indicators (KPI’s) within Re-Instates Employment Service. In addition, the post holder will develop effective partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, manage a team of employment specialists and produce quarterly board level reports on the activities and outcomes achieved by the Employment Service and participants.
