The successful applicant will undertake direct clinical work with carers and older people providing specialist assessments and timely clinical interventions to supportive positive family relationships healing from trauma. You will be compassionate, empathetic, respectful, supportive, and self -aware.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
– Agree referrals via protocols of the service
– Undertake initial assessments
– Deliver interventions e.g. online, phone or face to face
– Deliver individual or group therapy (agreed with TI Practitioner)
– Deliver an agreed number of therapy contact hours per week
– Ensure clients have a ‘voice and a choice’ in their intervention.
– Consult with other therapy services as appropriate
– Plan any packages of non-clinical care with the TI Practitioner
– Evaluate therapy interventions
– Attend external clinical supervision
