This is an interesting maternity cover role (until January 2024) managing a crucial service supporting carers and those they are caring for in their homes.
Carers' support are seeking a candidate who has experience in managing people and also experience running a service or project. You should possess excellent communication skills in person and over the phone. You will need to be non-judgmental, approachable and supportive. Working in a small busy team you will need to be organised with excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise your own workload. You can bring your skills and expertise to the role but must also be enthusiastic to learn.
