Key to this role will be the effective management of our small, experienced and dedicated team and the coordination of our wide ranging areas of work. You should be a confident and enthusiastic team player with excellent organisational skills and an understanding of the world of SEND. You will also have experience of dealing with a wide range of strategic partners. Ideally, this will include experience of dealing with statutory services and liaising with a Local Authority at a senior level.
Approachable and supportive, you will be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
