This is a fantastic role for the right candidate. You will work with a brilliant local charity whilst also supporting people to access preventative and statutory support. It is essential that the right candidate has good IT skills and understands the importance of record keeping but also has brilliant communication skills and enjoys working with people and all the challenges that can bring. We will consider part time applications but note we are funded for a full time resource and can only appoint part time if we have two candidates. 

Carers’ Support (Bexley) have an exciting new role and a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join us and make a real difference to the organisation and to our clients.

We are a charity set up by and for Carers in and around Bexley. Our aim is to make a difference every day and have a positive impact on both the lives of our Carers and the communities in which we work.

Over the last few years, Carers Support (Bexley) have become members of a ground-breaking partnership where 8 local charities have come together to support local people with care and support needs. Part of the work and support this partnership offers is supporting carers to maintain their independence for as long as possible and helping them to plan ahead. We are able to do this by completing Carers and Care Act assessments. This role is known as a Trusted Assessor, or “Trusted Partner”.
