X by X Bromley is the only *Disabled-led organisation for Deaf and Disabled People* and Carers in Bromley.

We have funding from Trust for London for an exciting new project to tackle the root causes of young disabled people’s lack of human rights around the issue of transition into adulthood, using direct participation of young disabled people to hold policy/decision makers to account and to increase our ability to influence systemic change through capacity building.

You’ll need to have a passion for Disability rights and the ability to engage young people to work with you in a co-productive way.

We are committed to ensuring equal opportunities in employment. Please let us know about any access needs you have, including if there are any adjustments that you will require at interview.
