Job summary
To provide a qualified psychological therapy service to clients of the team, across all sectors of care. To provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with a range of diagnoses, including that of personality disorder. Offering advice and consultation on clients psychological care to non-psychological therapy colleagues and to other non-professional carers. To work within the overall framework of the teams policies and procedures.
This role has been developed to provide support for Bexley adults whose needs fall between the Primary and Secondary Mental Health Services (Step 3 Plus).
The primary place of work will be Mind in Bexley (Bexleyheath), and the postholder will be required to work from Oxleas CMHT, as required.
There will be an element of remote working due to the current COVID19 situation. This will be subject to review as guidance changes
