Bexley Voluntary Sector - Adult Social Care Special Forum

Purpose:

1) to understand the recent Care Quality Commission’s inspection of Adult Social Care across LBB (Council) and the borough:

• what was assessed
• what was positive
• areas for improvement

2) what this all means and to make suggestions for inclusion in the associated Action Plan, including how / when you’d like to be involved in developing solutions and being kept up-to-date, since there will be an on-going process for at least 12 months

This represents a great opportunity to understand more about how LBB works and for them to hear from you about what you are encountering within your work and to further build relationships on this basis.

Please note that this is a session focusing on Adults (not children), however we are aware that some of your organisations come into contact with families, so it may be relevant.
