If you recruit, support or manage volunteers then this network is for you! We will have a packed schedule of training, updates and opportunities to network with other local volunteer managers and co-ordinators for networking and to share best practice. This network is a chance to get together and share experiences, ideas, resources and information. It’s also an opportunity to hear about local and national developments in volunteering and to find out more about other organisation’s projects.

• Do you want to share your good practice; new services and/or consult with voluntary and public sector colleagues?
• Are you a local authority officer wanting to work more closely with the voluntary sector? (you are very welcome to join us for the first part of the meeting)

The meeting will include TNLCF (The National Lottery Community Fund) project; updates from LBB and CCG; OneBexley, together with an opportunity share good practice and a protected voluntary sector slot.

Come to hear about how achieving the Valuing Volunteers Award from BVSC. Come and hear how you could get one of our Bronze, Silver or Gold awards. This award is Bexley specific and is highly regarded within the borough.
Come and hear from organisations that have received one of the awards and see what difference it has made to them.

If your organisation works with providing or would like to explore how to develop accessible sports or physical activities for adults, children and young people with a disability in Bexley, then this network is an opportunity to hear about local updates, take part in discussions and get information relevant to your work.  It is also a great opportunity to get to know other organisations working within the sector.
We have a package of funded support available until the end of 2022, including Deaf awareness training; General Disability Awareness training; one to one peer mentoring; networking and funding opportunities.
