Trauma Informed Programme Manager with Crossroads

Strategic and operational responsibility for enhancing and developing our existing trauma informed approaches within our organisation and to external stakeholders.
 

You will work closely with our Senior Management Team and Trauma Therapist, providing detailed information/assessments to support any practical or therapy-based interventions to help the recovery and healing of trauma as part of our suite of interventions to our beneficiaries.

You will collaborate and engage with external partners and ensure that our practices are consistent with most recent research and aligned with the values of compassion, safety, empowerment, and healing.
