Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Community Wellbeing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery and ongoing development of Community Connect, Bexley's Social Prescribing Service.  

Alongside managing a caseload supporting adults, children, young people and families, you will act as a Senior Community Wellbeing Coordinator within the team, supporting colleagues with complex cases, sharing best practice and helping to maintain high standards of service delivery. Working closely with the Social Prescribing Team Lead, you will contribute to quality assurance, service improvement, partnership working and the continued development of Community Connect.  

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others, solving complex problems and helping shape high-quality services while retaining direct work with residents.
