Health and Wellbeing Volunteer Officer

We’re looking for a proactive and community-focused individual to help deliver and grow our Bexley Buddies programme, which has been successfully piloted over the past 6-months. Working alongside the Health & Wellbeing Lead, you will support the wider implementation and scaling up of this volunteer-led initiative, working alongside GP practices and NHS partners to support 
patients’ non-medical needs.
