BVSC is delighted to announce that it will be taking on a new role supporting the voluntary and community sector within the Royal Borough of Greenwich from April 1 2026.
Jattinder Rai, Chief Executive Officer of BVSC, says:
We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside the rich and vibrant voluntary sector across Greenwich - a testament to many years of dedicated support from GAVS.
BVSC has been supporting organisations and communities in Bexley for more than 60 years, and we remain fully committed to continuing that support. Our roots in Bexley are deep, and our ongoing work there will continue as strongly as ever.
At the same time, we look forward to getting to know the charities and grassroots organisations that make up Greenwich’s thriving community, and to working together to strengthen their delivery for local residents.
With parts of Greenwich and Bexley being so intertwined, we believe working with organisations in both boroughs will strengthen partnerships, help develop capacities, and ensure organisations and individuals know who is there to support them.
