We are pleased to share the draft Bexley Vision for Volunteering (2026–2031) — a shared direction for how volunteering can grow, improve and better support communities across the borough.
This is a working draft, developed through early engagement with residents, volunteers and organisations. It is now being shared more widely to gather feedback and ensure the final vision reflects local needs, experiences and priorities.
We want your feedback.
We are inviting organisations, partners, volunteers and residents to review the draft vision and share their thoughts.
Your feedback will help us:
- Refine the priorities and approach
- Ensure the vision is realistic and relevant
- Shape how volunteering develops in Bexley over the coming years
Please send any feedback or comments to: Louise@bvsc.co.uk
The consultation period for the draft vision is open until 31 May 2026.
Have you completed the survey?
Alongside the draft vision, our consultation surveys are still open and provide another way to share your views:
Organisation Survey – open until 15 May 2026
Shaping Volunteering in Bexley – Organisation Consultation – Fill in form
Volunteer & Resident Survey – open until 15 May 2026
Bexley Vision for Volunteering – Consultation Survey – Fill in form
Survey responses will continue to inform this work, and further iterations of the vision will be developed following this consultation period.
What happens next?
Feedback gathered through both the survey and this consultation will be used to:
- Update and strengthen the vision
- Develop a final version later in 2026
- Inform future delivery planning and priorities
We want this to be a shared, co-produced vision for Bexley, so thank you for taking the time to be involved.
