Volunteer Centre Bexley has created a new practical resource to support anyone responsible for involving, coordinating or managing volunteers.
The Volunteer Manager Best Practice Pack brings together learning from our Volunteer Managers Workshop, our work on the volunteer journey, updated volunteer policies and guidance, and our developing approach to valuing volunteers.
You can use the pack to review your current approach, brief colleagues and trustees, support conversations within your team, or identify one or two practical improvements.
