Volunteer Agreement

Volunteer agreements are useful tools to set out both an organisation's commitment to its volunteers and what it hopes for from its volunteers. It sets out best practice that the organisation will commit to and is a useful reference for volunteers.  It is important to make sure that your agreement is not inadvertantly creating an employment contract, for example avoiding terms such as obligation, job description or payment.
